Here in Washington State, the Department of Revenue website is a go-to resource for state tax laws, filings, forms, licenses and tax rates.

Speaking of tax rates! Use this link to determine the correct sales tax to collect in your city in the state of Washington. There is even a link to help small business owners determine what city rate should be used, if you aren't sure. Sales tax rates can change each quarter, so I recommend bookmarking this page so you can check regularly.
